    Worst service... Couldn't get my car in until two months from the call. Then said they wouldn't even look at until a week later. Serious regretting buying a Hyundai. DO NOT BUY ONE!

    Sheldon at South Point Hyundai was the absolute best! He was so humble and helpful, providing all the information and support I needed to find the best car. I had a wonderful experience because of him. I personally loved how I never felt pushed at all and he really allowed me to make my own decision. Everyone else was also very friendly and supportive, even congratulating me after my car purchase. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm so grateful to now have a beautiful new ride! Thank you Sheldon and team at South Point Hyundai!

    My experience with this dealership has not been pleasant. My Hyundai Tucson's engine died on 2/9/2024. For that whole week prior to the car dying on me, I tried to get my car serviced for the engine knocking. Capital Chevy called the service department at South Point Hyundai for me to get my car in to get diagnosed and Hyundai stated they could not see my car for two months and they were backed up in the service department. I had my car towed after hours to the dealership on 2/9/2024 when the vehicle died on me on the highway. On 2/10/2024 I called to let the dealership know my car information and my contact information and that I had my car towed directly there after hours. I was asked to send an email to the service manager with my car information which I did on 2/10/2024. On 2/13/2024 and 2/20/2024 I called, and both times the receptionist could not locate my name or car in their system. I received a call back from "John" stating "Courtney" was assigned to my vehicle. On 2/26/2024 I called and left a message for Courtney. 2/28/2024, I called and left another message to Courtney. Courtney finally contacted me that date, 2/28/2024 to let me know my car was 6th in line to be diagnosed. On 2/29/2024 I sent my authorization and copy of my driver's license to Courtney as requested. On 2/29/2024 a claim was made with the extended warranty company. The warranty company does cover engine failure. I was told by Courtney with the extended warranty to cover my vehicle unless I can provide history the car won't be able to be fixed. On 3/8/2024 the warranty company contacted Courtney, but the warranty company states Courtney has not called the warranty company back to speak with the inspector about the vehicle and extend of damages. On 4/8/2024 I had to request from Courtney directly how much the quote is in writing because I was only given a text messaged quote from Courtney of 12k to 15k. I asked for any correspondence with the extended warranty company and was told to contact the warranty company myself. The quote I received for my engine to be repaired is 21k! Overall, I would say my experience with Hyundai has not been good at all! I would not recommend this service department ever! And I still need to figure out how to get my car repaired. You would think even with the car being at the dealership not once have they offered any other options to me for repairs or to get into another vehicle. Basically, my extended warranty company has not received any response from Courtney. The warranty company states the shop has not provided this information to them and they are still awaiting a call back from Courtney Fisher to move forward. The lack of unprofessionalism and inconvenience this has caused me is insane! This is my only vehicle and means of transportation for myself and my child to get to school and work. Frustrated is not even how I feel right now.
