Extremely unprofessional, rude staff, I waited 3 different days for them to show and they didn't, everytime I call, I have caught them in lies, they scammed us out of 800 dollars, had another ac company come out and fix the work they messed up and after dealing with this company for 3 months I could of contracted and entire house to be built in the amount of time ! I will be turning you in to Texas license department as well as my lawyer. Stop scamming people!!!

well I have American home shield and they have dispatched this vendor airforce airconditioning lets see what type of service I receive. Ill get back with a review after they have serviced my unit .

Avoid this place like the plague. Been dealing with them for over a month with the same issue. They are always lying and acting very unprofessional.

This is one of the worst companies ever. The gentleman keeps playing phone tag with me to come look at my a/c. He will not make an appointment but just calls at random times because "he is in the neighborhood". I have never experienced such disrespect from a professional company over the phone. He talks so rude to me and my property manager. It has been two weeks and yet no message or call back. What kind of business is this?

They were out twice to look at AC third time I had to call be authentic hadn't shown. They said they had no record of appointment. Office staff is very unprofessional and technician work speaks for itself. I shouldn't have to call out 3 times
