The Maids by Melissa team rocks! We refer them to any of our clients needing a one-time service or regular cleaning. They are always punctual and they don't mess around.... in and out, leaving the place clean and smelling fresh!

I wasn’t going to post a review because they did refund my money but decided others should know of my poor experience. I had a team come to my house. I needed help preparing for wedding guests to come and stay. It was a terrible experience. First, it is necessary to have a supervisor come at the beginning because they don’t speak any English. After she left there was no communication possible. They did a terrible job. I didn’t want them to dust around figurines and collectibles, so that was fine. I wanted clean bathrooms, baseboards wiped down, ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and cobweb free. Floors should be clean. That didn’t happen...none of it. Also, they broke a framed picture. Not just the frame, damaged the picture. Broke a figurine in my room and didn’t report that. I hired another to come clean on Monday (they were here on Thursday). It was amazing how much Maids by Melissa did not do. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If I could rate them a zero I would
