I only came here bc had no power. Staff was unprofessional. I wouldn't sleep in there beds ever again. Even my dog was ready to go home! Read reviews before you stay here

Its average for the price of it ... my only experience is that I couldnt Just sleep all night I felt like if something was watching me and I was hearing sounds like if someone was there the most scary thing for me was the mirror obviously because its old & old mirrors have bad luck sometimes I am not shooked tho Ive seen things before , it was probably just me or that room who knows... The bed was comfy clean , restroom clean , there is cockroaches not a lot , Front desk person is nice , That was My experience.

00/5. Even for its lowest price,this hotel is the worst I've ever seen since I started traveling. The outside is really dirty..trash everywhere, used mattresses thrown everywhere and there is a lot of workers there living in groupes, doing everything together....there is even a hairdresser on the balcony!! The rooms aren't clean and no remote control for Tv!!! And the worst for ever in this hotel is the A/C..really horrible, horrible and horrible..old and noisy as you can't sleep 1 mn all the night, or you can turn it off and sleep in +100F!! The highway (I 35) is just face to the hotel and really noisy too. Don't recommend it for anyone..even if it's just for 1 night. I'll never ever go there again.

This place is literally like a nightmare as you can tell from the pictures. My visit was during the pandemic in the beginning of 2020 before the lockdowns. I booked a 3-night stay at Red Roof Inn. When I first got there I noticed the area was a little "rough."I don't have the "highest" standards when it comes to motels. I like a bargain but this place made me rethink that philosophy. I actually ended up checking out a day early. I went and booked a hotel closer to the airport that was way nicer. I had to get the h*ll out of here!First of all, I was on a higher floor and there's only 1 elevator which is not easily accessible to all the rooms. After climbing several flights of stairs, when I walked into my room I noticed it smelled musty. Once I settled in and took off my shoes my socks were wet. I soon realized it was the carpet that was wet and remained wet for the entire time I was there...I don't know why it was wet in one section of the room...I swear a bedsheet had a blood stain on it (approximately 1 inch in diameter). I ended up sleeping with the bed made and my shoes on. The shower was gross and falling apart. There was a shower curtain but no liner so when anyone showers the curtain gets wet. I was gone most of the day but when I arrived at night I noticed that there were what appeared to be "ladies of the night" (if you catch my drift) passing me in the hallway. I heard a lot of shouting nearby from other patrons and I made sure my door was locked. In the morning on my way back out a lot of cars in the parking lot had the air either let out of their tires or the tires had been slashed - I didn't stick around to find out! Luckily nothing was done to my car. This was the last straw. After 2 nights there I decided to check out early. I honestly kind of feared for my safety and my health at that point. Fortunately I checked out early enough that I received a refund for the last day. The staff was nice but that's about it.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Echoing what the majority of reviews have mentioned. As soon as I walked in, there were roaches EVERYWHERE, on the walls, in the toilet, bathtub, bed. I saw at least 50. Im from NYC where roaches and rats are pretty normal but this was some next level infestation. The bed had gross stains on them and the room smelled bad. I immediately went back to the front desk and got a refund. Fortunately the staff was friendly and was able to accommodate my refund. This place is also not in the best neighborhood. I grew in the hood in NY but really didnt feel comfortable leaving my car outside. Dont stay here if you want a calm night of rest.
