Square House

We’ve now had two home inspections with Square House, one with Ryan and one with Justin. Both were very thorough and patient. They walked us through so many details in the report and pointed out anything of note about both houses. They were open to questions and we never felt rushed or confused by the process. Ryan saved us from investing in a lemon and Justin helped us feel confident about our new home! Thank you, Ryan, Justin, and Square House!

My first time ever getting a home inspected (during my option period) and it couldn't have gone better! I wasn't allowed to be present due to coronavirus restrictions, but I still felt like I was part of the process. My inspector (J Boden) was very communicative, proactive, responsive, and not just trying to get me to spend more money. He even thoroughly inspected water damage at no extra cost. My advice is to not add thermal imaging/extra inspection pieces unless the inspector is onsite and recommending it. They'll let you know. I would definitely use them again and they had the best prices of the 3 I looked at!

I am really impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection and while I certainly haven’t had hundreds of inspection reports done, in comparison to the 5 I have had done, this is the best. Scheduling was a breeze. Communication was strong.
