The Austin Home Inspector

Darren was awesome for our new construction inspections! We were first time home buyers and he did a really great job of explaining what he was inspecting, what he was expecting to see, and how the builder could fix the deficiencies. His reports were also easy to read and digest. I will definitely use Darren or TAHI again in the future.

My partner and I are first-time home buyers which is a HUGE undertaking! Joey came out and was so professional and thorough with his inspection. During the debrief, he walked us through what he did and explained everything in a way that was approachable and digestible. He gave us peace of mind that we are making this decision with all of the information we need. Worth the investment!

Darren was phenomenal. As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be overwhelming. The inspection was something I had been nervous about, but luckily Darren made the entire thing painless. He was fantastically thorough and explained every part of the inspection in a way that we understood it. On top of that, the report, photos, and documents he provided were incredibly well organized and gave us simple action items. I highly recommend Darren and The Austin Home Inspector team!

He was great and gave a great report with pictures and explained everything that needed fixing and everything that was in good condition in a detailed report! First estimate was higher than the final bill which was a bonus!

Highly recommend Darren as his report was the most thorough report I've seen, and he got it to us so quickly (later that evening). He used thermal cameras to assess electrical and HVAC components. I felt much more confident in purchasing this home after reading over his report. He pointed out the areas of concern, and let us know when issues were not a big deal. Well worth the money you'll spend!
