Perry Homes - Sweetwater 50'/55'/60'/70'

Story time! It was one year ago when I met Tracie Ellenbogen Perry Homes rep and super woman extraordinaire. We walked into the Perry Model after coming from a neighboring builder next door. She was so kind and informative! She noticed we had the sales folder from the neighboring builder and she told us we didnt need that anymore. We LOVED the Perry homes she showed us but they were over our price range. So we opted for the neighboring builder and let me tell you something she was right we didnt need that sales binder and it was a HUGE mistake. We moved to Austin from PHX for a job offer and were in a rush to find a home and get the kids settled. Well the neighboring builder didnt come through. They werent responsive, the quality was terrible, the communication was poor and they were way late on completing the home (they missed the date by 5 months, it was supposed to be done in 60 days). Needless to say, we came walking back into the Perry sales office. And even though my face was masked both times, she REMEMBERED me!! She was great. Long story short, we got into our dream home. They worked magic and completed it early. The quality is so on point, and everyone that walks into our home, asks wait, howd you get this home as a spec?? If youre in the market for a new home, in ATX, do not stop, dont pass go, dont collect $200 dont do anything until you talk to Tracie, first and consider a Perry Home. Also, a shoutout to Steve Marak and Mark Moffatt who have made us feel so at home, and have taken care of any small fixes to make this house a home.

My Husband and I decided to come and check out the Sweetwater Community this past weekend and came across Perry Homes. There were 9 model homes to potentially look at so we were very exited. I was very interested in the Westin Homes but upon entering into the model home we were not greeted by anyone and therefore proceeded to check out the home on our own. We noticed paper work on the counter and took the available information and moved onto the next home. Needless to say I was hoping for some human interaction and someone to give us more information in person. Our next home was Perry Homes and Tracie Ellenbogen was the representative that greeted us. She was very knowledgeable in which Perry Homes were available along with their prices and locations. I love being able to see the layout of the homes on paper and Perry Home spared no expense. Tracie gave us a beautiful packet with all the necessary paperwork and floor plans. We moved on to the other homes available and our experience wasnt like it was with Perry Homes. We even skipped a few model homes. The only builder that stuck out to us was Perry Homes and it was all because of Tracie. At the end of the day the Sweetwater community just didnt fit into what we were looking for but I had fallen in love with other homes in closer communities to us offered my Perry Homes. Our future home will more than likely be a Perry Home. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of square footage they offer and if everyone at Perry Homes is as pleasant as Tracie then I cant wait to build our next home with them!

We purchased a new construction home from Perry Homes in the Sweetwater development a little less than one year ago. My wife and I can honestly say that our experience has been second to none. This is the fifth new construction home we have purchased over the years. The quality of their work, the professionalism of their people and their commitment to "their" buyers has exceeded our expectation in all cases. I would especially like to mention the service we have received from Tracie Ellenbogen the Perry Sales Professional. Throughout the purchasing process she continually focused on our needs and concerns. If she didn't have the answer or solution, she would get it immediately. And that commitment to us has remained to this day! She is knowledgeable, honest and a true professional.
