Bought a house here in 2021. They had not finished every detail before I was slatted to move in but they gave me a checklist of things they would complete in the coming days/weeks. They never came back ever and good luck to anyone that tries to get ahold of anyone in the warranty department.

Exactly as everyone else has said: the concrete has already cracked, the drywall is not level, they dripped paint and sprayed texture on everything, the paint doesn't match, the tubs are chipped, the sinks are scratched, you can feel the floor is unlevel under the carpet, the irrigation system is packed with dirt, they laid sod over trash (nails, shingles, metal sheets) etc. It's ridiculous. This is a Meritage issue- other new builds in Austin are doing good work and you should take your business to them Service: Home building

The quality of labor and materials going into these slums is laughable. I can't see any of these shacks holding their values. Leasing office is deplorable.
