I’m very disappointed in the way service was conducted with the gutters that were put on my home. It was poorly done with no thought or suggestions on how the owner will fix it. A lot of the gutters do not meet at the conners two of the gutters doesn’t have a screen on top as well and a few are are bent, over all it was half way done with poor quality. My husband and myself have reached out to the owner several times on this matter asking when he will be able to come out and fix these issues. He has not answered our calls want return our calls or text.l messages. We decided to call from a family friends phone and sure enough the owner answered the phone. We spoke with him he gave us the run around and said he will be out different days for weeks now. Every time we do get in contact with him he tells us someone is sick or something is going on but he has yet to keep us informed or give us a solid time and date for these issues. We paid him 1300 dollars hoping we would get what we asked for and we did not. Very poor work very poor communication very poor ownership in this whole situation. Do not buy or have any work done for you and your home through this company they will take your money and not think twice about it.

Hired this company to do some gutter repairs and install new gutters. They repaired one location and the installs at 7 locations were good. We paid him for the work but after that we noticed he didn’t complete the other 2 repairs. And the owner wanted 4 other locations to have new gutters installed. He told us he would do the repairs and will add the additional gutters for same price as before. That was over a month ago and the repairs and new additions still haven’t been completed. Tried calling and texting him multiple times with no reply. And we almost offered him another big job. Glad to see his true colors come out before we awarded him the job.
