My name is Jay. I own a small company called, Specialty Millworks. I have worked with Pete on many projects over the years. I find him to be sincere, honest and extremely diligent...because he does care. He carries many qualities that I don't see in many other builders. Are there problems, circumstances that render a trade, bad weather delay...you bet. That will be there sometimes no matter what. The difference is he is always available to work through some details that give client/contractor the edge to correct an issue and move forward. That is one of the most important assets in this business. Keep doing what your doing Pete!!
