I purchased the home version over a month ago, and could not be happier with this product. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but it is worth EVERY penny. I have been subject to neck tension headaches for some time now. It seemed that any little tweak, or misalignment to my neck would lead to tension, and subsequent headaches. Now that I have been using this product my neck feels 90% better just from using it twice a day for 10 mins. I live in Austin where the headquarters are, and had a question about fitting, and if I purchased the appropriate size. The guys at the shop were VERY helpful, and talked to be for 45 mins! They are passionate about their product, no doubt! I think I talked to Shawn, and...can't remember the other co-owner's name. Anyways, I highly recommend this device if you have a weak neck, or persistent neck pain!
