        Party Cat shut down this fall without first returning their customers personal property, and also never issued refunds for services that were not delivered. There are many families whose Christmas gifts, stockings, and personal special items are being held in this closed store and the owner has taken no care to return them or communicate with us. Its incredibly disappointing and upsetting. It is unclear if we will ever have our items returned to us and/or receive refunds. I plan to report this business to the BBB, and If items are never returned I will be filing a police report as well as disputing the charge on my credit card. As for this Christmas, I had to purchase all new gifts for over 10 people at the last minute and ship them priority. All which could have been avoided had Party Cat simply returned the items.
