        Contractor will not pay their Subs. Be careful when accepting a contract from this company. The only people who make money when working with Sayers is the attorneys. if you are a supplier make sure he pays for the materials before you deliver. if you are a Rental company, make sure he pays before you deliver your equipment.

        Be prepared to pay attorney fees if you expect to get paid by Sayers. They do not pay their subcontractors!! They've owed us over 36k for a year now with no sign that they will make it right. My kids didn't have much of a Christmas last year. Mark Sayers is a crook.
