Screen do not work to pay. I waited 18 min for a chicken strip meal. With no service on the screen and clearly its taking a long time for chicken strips and tots. This is at lunch time with only 4 other cars in the lot. Took my money and left. Went to flyrite down the block and was in and out in 5 min. Way better food there anyway. BOOOOOOO TO TO YOU SONIC!

Probably the worst Sonic in Austin.The employees are slow and just stands there giving you dirty looks. I sat there for over 15 minutes.waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no one did. After reading the reviews I'm not surprised. why don't you fix your business start off with hiring people that somewhat competent. Maybe train them in some customer service? Or better yet fire the manager

We only went here twice cause our last experience wasnt that good at all. Today we went back cause I was craving for the foot long. The order taker had trouble in understanding/ hearing us, as well as the other car beside us. I guess he got upset cause he had to go out twice. He took our order wrong. Hubby said he only wants bacon, cheese and the meat for his burger but it was served with veggies.. We didnt complain since the lady with tattoos that delivered our food gave us a pretty service and was really kind. She was also sanitizing the area which is really important at this moment. Continue hyping us up! Well be back!

Ordered food and patiently waited about 15 min, and still no food. Luckily I hadn't paid yet so I just left. Had a small simple order. Another vehicle ordered well after I did and their order was much larger. Yet they got their food no problem???? 0 stars
