Sonic Drive-In

I was on my way home from work during a tornado storm just didn't want 5cook dinner. I appreciated that they were open and the Server - congenial as ever and I could even see her smile through the COVID-19 mask - delivered my order to the car as usual despite the heavy rain. The food was warm and tasty as always. Highly recommend.

The girl over the intercom was extremely rude. I asked her twice how she was and she ignored me and was very direct and just asked what I wanted. I responded with that she must not be having a good day and again she did not respond and asked again what I wanted. I decided I did not want to give my business. So much for being kind and asking someone how they are. I just saved myself some money and went home instead.

Visiting family at the assisted living next door. Went to treat them to lunch. Walked up ordered and took it 50 feet across the fence and the food was cooler than usual but I'll be damned it was pretty good. Was a God send after the day we had helping get our granny moved in. I will say the young lady who brought out my order was a really sweet girl. Would go back, can't imagine what' it's like freshly cooked! 8 out of 10

Quick and friendly service, my order always comes out hot! This place has made me enjoy mozzarella sticks again. Right next to a car wash so it makes for a great treat before and/or after. (Bring cash for tips since you can't leave one on your card.)

False advertising? Im so upset I want more than just my money refunded. Ordered TWO FEATURED ITEMS: The BIG DILL and the Bacon on Bacon Burger. The BIG DILL Exclusive through the app: They had NONE of the toppings for the featured burger. Instead I got a single patty with no cheese, some lettuce, a FAT handful of pickles, and some sauce (ranch?). It was more than disgusting. It tasted like pickle and mystery sauce. Did you give me a JUNIOR burger? Its obviously a completely different size. I wasnt informed at all about any size difference. They were both said to be the same. The bacon on bacon had no more than a regular burger. I asked for no pickles and they threw a good stack on it. Also no sauce and they through a mystery sauce on this burger too. If this location is franchised; the franchisee is completely absent. The quality of service and product from this Sonic has been next to garbage. The location is careless and needs to get a franchise owner/manager whos passionate about success and putting out a good product.
