Ive worked with Yellow Umbrella Events on several occasions, with consistent results. Ive worked with them both as a hired vendor and as a guest. The communication is through and always accessible. They have always been at the ready when needed. They are a wealth of information, as well as accommodating. Ive witnessed them work with difficult situations with ease and grace. Not only have they consistently met professional demands and requirements, they frequently go above and beyond helping with personal matters that are not necessarily in the job requirement. I highly recommend Yellow Umbrella with confidence.

As a bride planning a wedding in another country, there are already 101 things constantly running through my mind at any given moment. There is so much unknown around how the big day will ultimately look, how much you can actually trust these vendors you've never met in person, and much much more. It gets compounded exponentially when the venue itself isn't the most responsive and on top of it. All I can say is that Yellow Umbrella Events was the only part of wedding planning that felt seamless. I never had to worry whether my emails were going to be responded to in a quickly and timely manner. Communication was painless and direct, which I really appreciated while juggling so many other components of the wedding. I felt comforted knowing my guests were going to make it to the venue and have a place to stay without me needing to manage it separately. Shea, Cheryl, and team provided a wealth of knowledge that was second to none, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for all their support. One note of feedback I do have is that they recently transitioned to a new call management system, which funnels calls to an outside agency. Unfortunately, the agency rarely has much information and essentially works as a human voice messaging system, which I think a normal voicemail would have sufficed. Other than that, the team is absolutely excellent!

Yellow Umbrella was terrific in all their efforts to make our experience amazing! Cherly & her team are top notch. They go above & beyond. I highly recommend them for any large or small group travel. Thank you yellow umbrella team for everything. We cant wait until next time!
