A friend recommended this agency to me. We are a military family and I relocated from Missouri. The communication has always been A1. My duties were always clearly explained to me by management. The facility I was sent to was nice I have no complaints. They definitely have a open door policy which is much appreciated in the medical field.

Sasha the owner has a bad attitude. She talks to people rude as if they owe her something. She doesn't know how to communicate with others. I have not gotten paid and it's been 2 pay periods. I'm filing on her just to get my money. They wrote me a paper check that bounced and she won't even pay that back. Ace check cash called her and she hung up in the guy face. She lies to her staff members about paying me. The HR guy Andrew don't reply back to emails. Sasha has blocked me from calling her on her phone. This is not the company you want to work for as long as she has anything to do with it. I hate that the other staffs and the facilities have to suffer behind her unprofessionalism. I just want to get paid for my great service that I provided and she won't have to worry about me anymore. I hate that this happened to me so I'm writing this so no one else has to go through this.

I can never get ahold of anyone to fix issues with pay, work, etc. it’s a complete joke.

My boyfriend has been working for Allure since the beginning of August. Things were alright at first, they were late with a couple of payments but those were quickly resolved. Then Allure just stopped paying him. He has not been paid since mid-November, and it is now early January. Calls to Allure have been futile. At first they reassured us that they would resolve it soon, but now they have blocked our phone numbers and emails. They have been nothing but unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

Allure has been staffing my facility for 6 months. Previously we have had a hard time finding reliable help. Chronic call ins the at the last minute as well as no shows. Every time i have called i have received a timely response. I'am grateful for the last minute staffing and the patience and understanding. I have called as early as 3am and have gotten help thats so much!!!
