OMG I HATE STAFFING AGENCIES! They see your resume and know you are qualified and then waste your time to come in for an interview just so you can never hear from them again. So when you call to get an update the only thing you get is voicemail. Tommy left without an notice when he was suppose to be getting me a position, and Rachel is a rude unprofessional person. She was suppose to look for a job but gave it to Tommy to do just so he could quit later and not even tell you he was leaving Adecco and someone else would be helping me!!!!!! PLEASE do not waste your time going into this ugly slum of a company! They are not helpful at all and do not care about people

Horrible staffing agency!!! Extremely poor quality of help you'll get from the recruiters that work this location. I rate them a negative!!

Glad to see all the other reviews sound pretty accurate based on my experience. I worked with Rachel and started a job that was very poorly and misleadingly described, however that's easily the fault of the company I worked for rather than Adecco. Two months in Jennifer called me the Friday night before Christmas and terminated me with no further explanation, and said she'd call me the following Monday with options, likely even direct placement. That never happened. I tried to get in touch with her two weeks later to follow-up, unsuccessfully. I contacted Rachel solely to get my belongings back that I wasn't allowed to retrieve from my cubicle. She assured me someone would get them. That never happened. I was hesitant to consider any jobs Jennifer theoretically had to offer because of the poor experience I was already having with, and would definitely never consider anything from them after never hearing from her again. Losing my personal items is the icing on the cake.

This is the worst staffing agency in Austin TX. Everyone there is completely rude and unprofessional. Try dealing with Jennifer. While on my assignment she came to my desk and told everyone my personal business. Once I reported it to Rachel, Jennifer pulled me to her back office and belittled me, attacked my character and was plain rude. I felt so disgusted that Adecco would alow her to treat me that way and not do anything about it. The next day my assignment magically ended due to a lie that was told by a supervisor and due to me reporting Jennifer to Rachel. Basically I was let go for no reason at all. Nothing was done to Jennifer by the way. The entire staff took her side when I have a lot of witnesses who seen how rudely Jennifer treated me. No witnesses were interviewed they just took her and the supervisor's side. There other rep Cicely informed me that she would try to find me a new position and guess what, still to this day no word from her and anyone from this office. I contacted them 5 days straight about reassignment and no one ever contacted me back. This company is not in the business of helping others. Right is right and wrong is wrong however in their case they are always right. This was the worst experience ever working with this agency and I will never in my life recommend this agency to anyone. Full of lies and complete bs. DO NOT APPLY HERE!!
