        This place is absolutely terrible!!! Power is ALWAYS going out. Customer service is a joke. There has been no power for over 6 hours and it is freezing temperatures. No communication as to when power will be back on. AEP is a joke of a power company!

        Reported power outage at 1100am. I Was told power should return around 1pm. By 1130 AEP team outside and power returned. Great Job AEP.
