Spreetail

Ordered a pool pump that broke within 2 months. Spreetail promptly said they'd send a replacement & it was already at FedEx. Upon not receiving the replacement for a month, I contacted Spreetail again. They now say I'm out of warranty and I need to go through Intex. They refuse to take responsibility for either lying or messing up with the "replacement" they promised to send.

I ordered a pool from spreetail through Walmart.com and the pool was delivered to the wrong address. Now Im out $173 and a pool. When I contacted them before the pool was shipped they said they couldnt even find the order but after it was delivered (to the wrong address) they sent me a message saying it looked like my issue was resolved and the pool was delivered (it was, to the wrong people).

purchased a pool, arrived quickly! however upon set up wasn't quit what I was expecting compared to the photo. However, Sam, had reached out to me to make things right! if I could give more stars I would! completely 100% customer service driven company, which is hard to come by now a days, especially with an online website! Spreetail has beyond exceeded fantastic customer service! will be looking and shopping more with them for sure!!!!!!
