I love the Titan book club. Although I am (ahem) older I love reading the books they send especially since I would have never found these books on my own. They have a great customer service and are very flexible in shipping books to my vacation address. These books are not just for kids but the kid at heart like me.

My mom got a gift subscription for my daughter and one for my son. I was able to sign up my daughter, no problem. But when I went to redeem the link for my son - the site tries to force me to add a credit card payment. This is a "gift" and I do not want to add any payment. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no help other than, "you have to add a payment method" or "oh, that is something that I can't do, it's a "backend" thing." I was also told that this kind of thing has been happening to others but I am still waiting on a solution.

We have been literati members for over a year and the service is exceptional. The quality of the books and materials are also top notch. Our daughter is introduced to 5 new books a month and we decide which ones we want to keep and send the rest back - free shipping. They are extremely forgiving of returning late if you need to, which we often do because life is busy. With Literati, its never a problem. They give several nice gifts each month, such as personalized book labels and a project for your child. I also like how we can send books weve outgrown to Literati and they will distribute to children in need. All around A+

AMAZING! Loving all the titles they are sending to my daughter. Easy to deal with and their costumer service is super responsive and great! Not sure if we can go on on such uncertain times without this awesome box of happiness to our door steps! Nice job!
