Buyer Beware! Ordered something (despite my hesitance from negative reviews) on a Tuesday, Marked as shipped on Wednesday. Saw no movement on the tracking, sat in pre-shipment for two straight days. Finally messaged customer service, was told it was a mistake in the listing and not in stock. Order was cancelled and refunded (thankfully) but why was postage bought and tracking provided if it was never in stock? Wouldn't you notify me on Wednesday when you went to ship it and realize it wasn't available? Had I not messaged customer service would it still be sitting in pre-shipment all next week? I'm steering clear of this company and you should too, the negative reviews are completely founded and I learned this the hard way.

They sent the wrong guitar, and nobody has done a thing to make this right! It is been 2 weeks since I sent the request to change the guitar. Terrible company, watch out !!

Absolutely do not do business with this company. They are a scam!! Ordered a guitar from them on Amazon and recieved the wrong guitar and even it was broken. Also didnt receive the picks and the guitar bag zipper was broken. Have been trying to contact them for days and they do not respond or answer the phones at their customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Bought a PIONEER DJM-900 NXS2, brand new one, payed with my credit card. A few days after no shipping tracking available. Called them to check what was going on. After more than 10 calls and nobodys answering the phone sent them an email. They replied that same email days after giving me a Fedex tracking number. The label was created on the Fedex system 10 days ago but nothing could be picked up there as per Fedex costumer service information. WHERE IS MY MONEY????? ARE YOU STEALING PEOPLE???? SHAME ON YOU !!!

Im very happy with my purchase, thanks so much Austin Bazaar team!! I wanted to order my grandson a guitar before Christmas and I didnt know what type to get him, but thankfully I received prompt responses to my emails and I was able to make a decision in just the nick of time. I was worried about shipping and the time of arrival, but I received the guitar on time and in great condition. My grandson loved it!! We have a lot of aspiring musicians in our family and I will definitely be referring and purchasing again from this company. Thanks again guys, really top tier!! Clarice
