        Great experience and service provided by Ryan B and the after-sale professionals. They all deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, PIRCH decided to CLOSE the Austin store mere months after opening and a few days after we ordered a fridge and washer/dryer. The closure disrupted the delivery of our refrigerator --the distributor refused to fulfill the order even though we had paid PIRCH in full-- which led to us cancelling the order and scrambling to find another Viking vendor here in Austin. We spent the first week in our new home with no fridge as a result. Not ideal. Washer & dryer were delivered and installed very professionally, which we appreciate. Can't say enough for the PIRCH folks who continued to deliver top-notch service even as they were faced with impending job loss. Thank you for that!

        Fantastic place. All their fixtures and appliances are plumbed and wired so you can test everything. Run the shower or faucet. Really cool set up.
