Nope, it really wasnt professional enough for me for a couple of reasons. There are better offices out there.

Horrible bedside manner. I needed a filling and shots don't bother me but its been a while and this is a new dentist to me and I was a little apprehensive. I go in and the front desk was rather abrasive when handing me papers to sign. Simultaneously, she was angrily talking on the phone about another patient. Awkward. When the dental assistant called for me, she didn't look at me, greet me or anything. I take a seat in my room, getting more nervous as these people appear more and more indifferent to me. I ask some questions and get quippy, short responses. One even called to me from the other room by Dr. Pevow. I ask if the numbing is administered via a shot, to which Pevow replies "yes." No extra explanation. When my face visibly dropped, he responded with simply, "yeah." That's it. No extra questions or calming words. I ended up asking to reschedule because I felt uncomfortable. "I think you want to get it done. It's pretty deep." Again, no reassurance or relief. I calmly said no and that I wasn't going to do this today. The assistant took the napkin off me and Pevow shoved the tray out of the way so I could leave. Didn't look at me. No goodbye. No "I understand". Nothing. They made me feel awful. Horrible experience. I couldn't recommend against this establishment enough.
