Made an appointment, had questions? Was told office would call me to confirm insurance and answer questions, they didn't ! called next day three hours before appointment ,they had not confirmed my insurance, explained I would not be coming in without insurance verification please call me back. They didn't ! called two hours before appointment still hadn't confirmed, I confirmed with insurance and called them back gave them insurance phone number . They still didn't return my call...

I made an appointment at this location as a new patient on December 20 2023 online for January 19 2024 at 3:30PM. I have the confirmation text in my messages. I arrive at 3:20PM and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. If the appointment I booked did not work for them they had plenty of time to call me and reschedule. Very unprofessional.

They do not hire enough hygienists. You cant schedule a cleaning less than nine months out, even though you are supposed to go every six months. If they cancel your appointment (which happened to my fianc), good luck getting rescheduled anytime soon.

I get 3 free cleanings a year through my dental insurance. The soonest appointment they can get you scheduled for after a cleaning with them is more one year out! You have way too many clients if the ones you already have cant get regular cleanings. They also make the fact they overbook the clients problem - eg. their text confirmation system doesnt go through to them so they scold you at your appointment for not giving them a call even though you confirmed via text like the message asked. If youre even a couple minutes late, they will reschedule you because thats how crazy booked they are. I havent had a single appointment with them where someone at the front desk hasnt scolded me like Im a child. I received a cleaning with no imaging/X-rays. After a year of not being at the dentist, the whole point of the appointment is to check on the health of my teeth not just to have someone else floss/brush them. Will be switching dentists offices to someone more available!!

I love Dr. Samosa. I had an appt. I thought a new crown was loose (I have a wild dog that pulled me into a ravine and I hit pretty hard). Dr. Samosa was busy but made time. My crown was not loose. It had broken horizontal under the gum line making it a little bit of complicated pull . Some dentist never see such a break in their careers its such an oddity. again, he made time.. he got my top part of molar off and out and 3-4 root tips extracted swiftly and in whole pieces. Very impressive! I have gone to this office for years now. I have always had a great experience. It might be hard to snag a cleaning but all of AUstin that can be tricky.. overall its worth it for the hygienist on team, the Ortho that comes to office 1 time a wk. and the dental team.
