I have to write this down here. I'm a dental hygienist in Kennessaw, GA. One of my patient today, her 8 yrs old interproximal fillings were fantastic. I was wondering who did them and got to know they were from Dr. Lorena,Sa when she was working as a associate DDS in Marietta, GA. I was gonna find her and let her replace all my old fillings if she was still in GA. But seems like she moved to TX. I'm not sure if she and her staffs will be able to see this but let me tell you this. Her work is fantastic. I've never seen that perfect interproximal fillings in my dental life. I wish her practice was here in GA.

Dr. Sa is a wonderful dentist. Very gentle and down to earth. My children love her too. Don't let the small older building location fool you, she is top notch!

I recently moved to Austin and needed to find a new dentist. I found a great office on my first try! Rio Smiles has friendly staff, great music and timely service. I would refer to a friend.

The worst experience in my life. The first time I went there Dr Lorena suggested me to remove a important tooth, no make any sense, sure I didn't. The receptionist Stacy is the most rude person I have met in my life, she doesn't know how to deal with people/patient. I went back there because my tooth broke, Dr Lorena was so rough with me that I decide have a second opinion with my brasilian doctor. As they told me that have no fee to send my x-ray via email, so a asked then for this doc, but now they said that by the law they can charge me for send this email, I'm so upset for being so poorly treated that I refuse to pay anything else to this place. The doctor Lorena didn't care about my case, she said to put a crown or find another doctor, she even asked me if am I was feeling pain. They are just concern about money, no patient care, the focus is money and not the customer's need, I never did anything there because I did not trust in her work. In my last call Stacy said me "I can't assist you at this time" "I don't have time to speak with you now".
