Highland West Dental Care

I miss my old dentist. He retired, and referred me to Pevzner as taking over patients. So far the dentist is great. Got me in for tooth pain, and even took care of my after hours issue quickly. Only reason not a five is the weird way I have to put a deposit down to hold my appointment, and the tons of calls when the office knew I was going to be unavailable to talk. Update: Google response doesn't resolve that I spoke with Julie Monday morning at that time a deposit was never mentioned to get secure and hold an appointment, I would have taken care of it then when we spoke. I told her all the estimate cost needed to be left in voicemail as I was not going to be available (I still have no idea the total cost as that info was never left in a voicemail). I finally checked my voicemails to day after 3pm. Probably won't get an appointment since the office closes at 3pm. update #2, 11/7So, Had an appointment and she called for an appointment reminder I think, She asked if "I would be keeping it for this Thursday". I said no, and she was like "ok was just checking". No opportunity to get it rescheduled??? So weird. Guess I need a new New dentist. Update#3, 11/9, Today she called to schedule the follow up appointment from Monday's call??? when I said you called me on monday and you did not give me an opportunity to reschedule she laughed and said that doesn't sound like me.

Wonderful experience here. Friendly staff members all around and they even helped watch my toddler while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Pevzner was competent, kind, and engaging. He didn't seem rushed at all and was happy to answer questions about both my and my toddler's dental care. They also give you a dental "goodie bag" when you leave. 10/10 recommend!
