Update (2020): After having issues with the office management detailed below I left Dr. Stocker. Little did I know finding a good honest dentist would be harder than finding a good honest mechanic. The first dentist served Avery ranch and my office. I have never had a cavity. They said I had 6. When I advised them the stains they wanted to drill had been on my teeth for 5 years they were aggressive and asserted fillings needed to be done immediately. Nope! I waited almost 2 years to go to a new office at the Domain. They said I only had 3 cavities. All 3 were in different places than where the previous dentist had identified and I would also need a deep cleaning. It was plausible but I still wanted a second opinion before dropping $500 Fast forward to the beginning of Coronavirus and the Domain office canceled my appointment and closed shop. I went back to Dr Stocker and he identified the area the previous dentist wanted to drill as yet another stain. I believe him because he hasn’t diagnosed me with a single cavity and I’ve had dentists as far back as 6 years ago claiming I must immediately be drilled upon or I will have immediate irreversible issues. What can I say... the guy is thorough honest and the best dentist I’ve ever had. The hygienist are great as well. Despite the incident documented below his office management is fine. If it’s a normal claim they can be expected to process it as expected. If it’s something out of the ordinary just pay in cash and handle it yourself. Previous review: *read only as a cautionary tail and something to be mindful of but not a judgment on the dentist * The best dentist I've ever left due to office incompetence. I used to recommend people to this dentist all the time because he offered precise no-nonsense dentistry. If it weren't for the incompetence of his office staff I would continue to be visiting him. I had an accident about a year ago where my front teeth were knocked out. I told them my health insurance would cover it at 100% since it was an accident and to NOT run it through my dental insurance who would only cover half. They agreed and promised to work it out with my health insurance. I get a bill 6 months later. I call the office and speak to their office manager Tami she re-assures me they are still working to get it billed through my health insurance. Another 6 months goes by and I receive another bill followed by an e-mail stating that I need to cover what was not covered by my dental insurance. At this point its too late to file with my health insurance, and the fact that they billed it through dental means my health insurance can't even do it as an exception. I'm out $500 because of their incompetence... not worth it... even for a great dentist.

I visit Dr Dalman twice a week, she prescribes me vitamin A and she says to me at almost every doctor's visit; "Oh broken back!" She told me (ca1999) that she is from Canada and has a toddler. (My health insurance pays you every treatment) Result damage occurs, scoliosis, I'm desperate these chiropractors only treat my inflammation and pain but they don't help me! I finally find another chiropractor! This is frightened and says to me you have a sloping hip! It's not good a sloping hip can affect the organs and destroy the liver. In just 3 sessions he straightened my hip and I can walk straight again! He tells me I'm not a doctor and he took it very seriously that I didn't call him a doctor. I'll go back later and that's it. 2 decades have now passed but I remember as if it were yesterday. My pelvis is still just now, but the scoliosis and the consequential damage have remained and have grown. I will never forget Stocker and Dalman what a scoundrel doctor team! (Original) Nach einem Unfall mit dem Auto hat mich Dr. Erin Dalman am Ruecken behandelt. Sie war extrem freundlich gesagt nächsten Termin gehst Du zu meinem Ehemann Martin Stocker. Dr Stocker verletzt mich am Rücken mit Absicht indem er an den Beinen mich falsch behandelt. Nach dieser Chiropraktiker Sitzung sagt er zu mir ; das nächste mal reden wir ueber Gesundheit Schuhe denn Du brauchst einen Absatz von 1.5cm, das einte Bein ist kürzer als das andere! I In den 3 Jahren den ich sie regelmäßig bei ihnen in Arztbehandlung war verkaufen sie mir keine Schuhe keinen Absatz, mein Ruecken wird nicht besser 2 mal die Woche besuche ich Dr Dalman sie verschreibt mir Vitamin A und bei fast jedem Arztbesuch sagt sie zu mir ; “oh Ruecken kaputt!” Sie erzählte mir (ca1999) dass sie aus Canada ist und ein Kleinkind hat. (Meine Krankenkasse bezahlt ihnen jede Behandlung) Folge Schäden treten auf, scoliosis, ich bin verzweifelt diese Chiropraktiker behandeln nur meine Entzündung und Schmerzen doch sie helfen mir nicht! Endlich finde ich einen anderen Chiropraktiker! Dieser erschreckt und sagt zu mir Du hast eine Schräge Hüfte! Das ist nicht gut eine schräge Hüfte kann die Organen affektieren und die Leber kaputt machen. In nur 3 Sitzungen richtet er mir die Huefte und ich kann wieder gerade gehen! Er sagt mir ich bin kein Arzt und das nahm er sehr ernst dass ich ihn nicht mit Doctor ansprach. Später gehe ich nochmals hin und das war es. 2 Jahrzehnte sind inzwischen vergangen doch ich erinnere mich als wäre es gestern gewesen. Mein Becken ist immer noch gerade jedoch die Scoliosis und die Folgeschäden sind geblieben und gewachsen. Stocker und Dalman werde ich nie vergessen was für ein Halunken doctor Team!

After moving here, I needed a new dentist so came to Dr. Stocker after reading the reviews. I had an outstanding experience from interacting with the staff, the check up through to a cleaning. They’ve implemented strong health protocols in place to protect patients and staff so I was comfortable for both visits. I had a full set of xrays followed by Dr. Stocker thoroughly checking everything with a focus on where I’ve been experiencing some sensitivity. Not finding anything to fix, we agreed to keep an eye on the area for now. It was a great experience with clear communications, suggestions, and being made to feel at ease throughout. My follow up cleaning was one of the best I’ve had. I have an aversion to metal on my teeth and have sensitive gums which she took on board, being careful, gentle and thorough with the cleaning. Overall, just a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Stocker and his staff.
