Castle Dental

My wife and I went to Castle Dental for a regular dental cleaning. They provided us with a thousand dollars plan for deep cleaning. We fell for their sales trap. They charged us a lot, even though our insurance covered most of it. Their charges did match the EOB from our insurance. Later, after months of back and forth conversations, they gave me a check for some money back, but then they asked for it back right away before the check was delivered to my mail. They claimed that they have adjusted with our insurance which is a lie. My wife still hasn't gotten her refund of $558. We've talked to our insurance company many times, and they say we should get our money back. It's been a frustrating experience, and I can't recommend Castle Dental because of this.

Dr. Ferrer was delightful, very helpful and professional. Cathy was also helpful and prepared me for my discussion with the doctor. A very pleasant and informative experience overall.

Had 3 fillings done today (first time) and the staff was very professional and personable. They were thorough in explaining next steps as well as answering all the questions I had. Had a 9am appt and was out the door by noon with new chompers.
