Nothing like paying upfront for implants for the office to just ghost ya when you have your temporary implants which have broke 4 times

Communication wasn’t good. Writing on paper is not good for me. I rather have an interpreter for clear understanding.

Recently went into the office for a scheduled appointment. The office was closed when I got there at the scheduled time and I never received any alert that the office was closed, nor did I receive any communications afterward about what happened or to offer to reschedule. For the next week following this incident, I reached out to the office several times to reschedule, left voicemails, etc... and no one ever answered the phone or followed up. Patients beware.

I don't write many reviews. but, i would like to say that Dr. Lee and his entire staff at Elite dentistry were fantastic. I get anxiety anytime i have to go to the dentist office. they made me feel so comfortable there from the front office to the dentist chair . I had to get a full set of implants upper and lower. I did my research with other dentist and found that Elite dentistry was the best choice for me. now i can smile again with full confidence and soon will be eating like a normal person. I feel like a million bucks now. once again a big thank you Dr. Lee and the the entire staff at Elite Dentistry. Thank you, Robert Mendoza
