        The runner clubhouse is always closed. I have arrived at 2:30pm and the door is locked. There is no one there when its supposed to be open. How can they help if they are never open?

        Was recently suspended from running as ONE delivery was marked undelivered by the customer. Despite having picture proof via the app and confirming the apartment number with the customer, I was still suspended. This was when I needed some funds transferred to my account which they HELD the funds for about 3 days (illegal). Next, they emailed me saying I could only appeal my suspension within 7 days via email only. No phone call, text, but obsolete email. I have not heard back from ANYONE regarding the appeal despite emailing every single day to assure I was appealing within my 7 days. This is highly unprofessional. Suspending someone who relies on this as income, and not reaching back out to them regarding the appeal, but can send promotional emails. Do not recommended running for favor
