VUKA - North Loop

ASHLEY INNES and her supreme wedding coordinating skills made our wedding at Vuka a real breeze. She is a dream and I hope to work with her again one day. Highly recommend. Also Vuka is a cool, chill venue. Cool mural with blues and greens that worked great with my wedding palette. Love the central location.

We chose Vuka as the reception venue for our April 2020 wedding and were so excited about the beautiful space and unique decor. We decided to postpone our reception for the safety of our community, and Ashley was so considerate and understanding. A year later, as our rescheduled date came around, we still didn’t feel comfortable hosting a 300 person event. Ashley has been so friendly and accommodating as we postpone again. We haven’t had our event at Vuka yet but I know that we will eventually and I can’t commend Ashley and the events team enough for their communication and accommodation. They’ve been so easy to work with as we keep changing plans and they have taken so much stress off us every step of the way. I can’t wait until our reception takes place and we finally get to celebrate with our family and friends in that gorgeous space. And until then I can’t recommend Vuka enough! The staff here are truly going above and beyond.

My son and his bride-to-be fell in love with this location for their rehearsal dinner. It was perfect! Although it is used as office space during the week, all signs of that were put away so that it did actually look like an event venue. It's large enough to accommodate a good number of people, but in these days of Covid, people could be as close or as far away as they wished. There are several seating areas as well as high top tables and long tables (for our dinner seating). After the dinner, all wedding guests were invited to the venue for a welcome to the wedding cocktail party. It was perfect for moving around the space and visiting. I have nothing but great words for Ashley and her staff that evening! We had a slight glitch with the beer taps and Ashley took care of it, letting me know only what was going on, but I didn't have to do anything. Ashley was my coordinator for the event. She thought of things I didn't and I felt very comfortable dropping off our things several days before, having her take care of it all! She was awesome! The staff that took care of setting up, serving, clearing, bartending, etc were the best! Any time anyone needed anything or headed towards a station, they were immediately helpful. I would highly recommend Vuka and the staff for your event!

The event space is amazing and it easily transformed itself from a co-working space into an evening rehearsal dinner that was spacious, comfortable and fun. The long bar easily accommodated a complicated buffet! The kitchen area worked for the prep needed by our caterer. Getting our play list music for background, or microphones and speakers for toasts, or running a projected photo loop - they’ve got it all ready for you. Highly recommend Gather Venues! Their staff is friendly and they take your event seriously. They’ve seen it all so they feel like another pair of hands!
