I received a porcelain crown at this site in November of 2022 by dentist Sunesara. I felt confident in their recommendations as the customer service here is really great. After I received the crown, my My tooth was very sensitive and I could not fully eat on this side of the month. I went in 4 separate times to mentioned my discomfort. The first 2 visits after the crown, they stated its because my bite is off. So they grinded down the porcelain crown which made it rough and not so tooth like. The issues continue to persist so they stated its because I grind my teeth. Well if they knew I grinded my teeth as they were persistent on me wearing mouth guards. Made me start to doubt them with their recommendations cause everting seemed to be recommended backwards at this point. I was using a mouth guard but they persisted I buy one from them as this will help heal the tooth. This new mouthguard did not work and the issue persisted. 4 months later....my body starts to reject and its gets infected. Now they want to help me with a solution and refer me to another team to get a root canal. I have asked them multiple times to do a root canal, they always say this is the last step. Why make your customers pay for multiple procedures, use their benefits for sick time off for 4 months of visits, deal with the pain for 4 months, and to just say...sorry. I have asked for compensation for my time and also the pain I endured for 4 months but they declined. I truly believe they do not want to do the root canal in the beginning as its with a sperate team. They only seemed good at routine teeth cleaning and routine checkups. Please go to another dentist if you need further procedures outside of routine dental cleaning and check ups. I noticed other posts with similar issues and feedback on this site. I will be going other places for the rest of my services.

Always a pleasant experience. Karina and Dr. Earle are the best. The whole staff is very nice. I have been a client at the Angus Road location for many years.

What happened to this place? I used to enjoy coming here until last year everything got turned upside down. There is literally no communication between leaders here and because of which I'm receiving bills for something that was supposed to be resolved.

The office is spacious and clean. Dental hygienist Karina is extremely diligent and explained everything she was examining and completing throughout the X-ray and cleaning processes. Dr. Earle is kind and explanatory as well. A plus is appointments are readily available.
