Noise, noise and more noise all night long. Lived here almost seven years and it is NOT a luxury apartment. Management does nothing because it's still going on. I have over eight items on my list for maintenance but now a month later still nothing. Not even a visit! If nothing happens next I'll start posting photos for you to see.

Girls in the office are as rude as can be. Wouldn’t rent from them if it was the last place on earth. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

We lived here from Oct 2019 through Nov 2020. We had a great time living here and enjoyed the fun activities their Community team had every once in a while (before Covid19). So, here's the breakdown: The good: The office staff is great and their current property manager is awesome! The maintenance crew is quick and do their best to get things done. The bad: Water bills are really high. It seems this apartment complex has several leaks. For instance, one month we were 2 days without water, and still we had to pay 150% more for it than the previous month. Also, the Valet Trash is very expensive ($35.00) and they don't appear to recycle anything. It's just a couple guys in a truck. They run through the floors picking up garbage bags from your apartment door just to throw them into the dumpster. Not really worth it, but you can't opt out. The Ugly: None really.
