Dell Laser Consultants - Austin Location

My husband had eye surgery here back in January of 2023 to slow the onset of a degenerative eye disease. The surgery went well, however was performed by a different, more junior doctor than he saw at the consult appointments. Everything went downhill from there. Three days after surgery we called to get some additional antibiotic drops (one of our cats got a hold of the dropper and bit into it so we felt it wasnt sterile) the receptionist told us she would call back with next steps and never did. Then due to the freeze the power was out at the office so they canceled th appointment where there were going to take out the bandage lense but never told us what we were to do about the antibiotic drops or did they give any options for rebooking. My husband was in excessive pain, nobody whould answer the on call line and he had these bandage contacts in his eyes, without access to antibiotics, for 4 days longer than he should have. We finally get the revised appointmen, get to the office and then we have to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor because the receptionists didnt tell the doctor we were there. Fast forward a year, we believed Dell Laser Consultants failure to provide adaquate service was behind us and we get a call from them saying we owe another $600 and that the bill is on its third notice and we are about to be sent to collections. We both have excellent credit, we dont ignore bills or pay them late, its not how we operate. They claim to actually have sent the bills but we believe this was a scam to charge us $300 worth of late fees. Dont be swayed by the consultation, avoid Dell Laser Consultants at all cost.

I have been doing follow up visits since surgery on my eyes. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Dr. Cunningham has put on the right trail in keeping my eyes healthy. I appreciate them all.
