Fantastic experience! I needed a printer for my handouts for my clients about hair maintenance at home to give them after haircuts. I tried a color printer from Amazon, but it could not provide the color quality I wanted plus I realized I’ll need a more powerful printer to handle my printing load. The handouts were a big hit so I needed a significant upgrade. Sam asked a few questions to be able to make suggestions that help me balance out my budget and needs. It was easy for me to choose. He got the printer delivered promptly in about 3-4 business days which I find awesome and explained how to use it briefly to get me started. He is super fast replying texts , emails, and gives you a phone call when it’s easier to discuss it. He offered his help from now on, I can reach out and he’ll help me figure out any future things to detangle if it comes up. It was super reassuring, since I have no idea about printers, especially at this level. So all in all I am beyond excited. I feel my money was well spent and I got a high-quality service as I was hoping for. I can only recommend Copier Depot!! I am doing tippy taps over here. Feels like a Christmas gift just got delivered in June. Haha After all the hrs of of work, research, talks on forums, it was a breeze talking to Sam. He helped me sort out my needs and offered solutions right away. Zero pressure, transparency, kind help, and speedy delivery. Awesome job guys! I’ll be back for toners and that booklet tray thing! 👌
