The food and service were very good. The cashier offered to heat up my brownie which was a nice touch. I ordered decaf because it was late in the day and I had already drank too much caffeine. Many times the decaf in coffee places is ordinary and even worse during the late afternoon (4:00-5:00). This was not the case with mine. The inside was also nice but there was one glaring problem. Not enough seating. On a cold day, I sat in the only available seat which was next to the front door. There were two other open seats evidently being "saved" for imaginary people. In the 20+ minutes I was there, no one came to sit in the seats. This is unacceptable. Had there been people sitting there, this review would have been rated higher but I believe management should notice these things and ask that the seats be available for paying customers. I do plan to return because there is a great selection of food and coffee and as I said, my food and drink was very good. Perhaps I'll try the drive through which is always a plus.

I was on my way to work this morning 9:50am 6/14/13 and decided to try this place out. I pulled up to the drive through and ordered 1 reg vinilla latee and waited 2-3 minutes to pull up to the second window as there was ONE car in front of me, who as i saw never was given more than one cup of coffee. I then pull up to the second window and waited 5 minutes and no one comes to the window? Im now running late and go inside to let them know they forgot about me? When I go in and tell the barista that I was just waiting in the drive through for one reg latte for over 5 minutes (and no one else in front of me) she replied, "Im sorry we just had a rush and there is only two of us working"'. I get this, as i have been a barista, waitress for years (10) and have a lot of patience in this regard. However there was only a table of 5 that looked as if they had been recently helped, a lady by her self and two older gentlemen in back that had obviously been there for a while. If helping 5 people in this place and one person at the drive through window is a "rush" you might as well close now. And if you just left someone in the drive through for over 5 minutes waiting for 1 cup of coffee and they had to go inside to get it, the least you could do is offer them a discount or a free cup for the unexpected wait.
