I cant even put into words how amazing Dr. Brisley is. She has given me so much hope for my future. I started treatment with her about a month ago and it has already changed my life. I wasted years going to regular chiropractic and doctor visits for my chronic migraines and neck pain. She has given me so much relief and im finding myself doing normal activities again. Its been a slow recovery but its happening. She truely cares about me. She texts and checks in on me and if im having a bad day she has literally gone out of her way to help me. She not only has helped me physically but also mentally.  After years of chronic pain it caused depression and anxiety and i find that im happier and feeling so much healthier now. Im so thankful to have found her. I highly recommend visiting her if you live with headaches and pain.

This gentle practice worked miracles on my body in the first five minutes, and one month later my body is continuing the process of healing after decades of enduring frequent and often severe pain. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Brisley. I tried EVERYTHING before I went to her, and nothing else worked. I have had a bad neck with tension and low-level pain for as long as I can remember, which Im guessing was contributed to by two car accidents when I was 5/6 years old that I barely remember. I pretty much gave up on chiropractic because it didnt offer any permanent results. My last chiropractor suggested that my hip and neck could be connected and there was a special form of chiropractic that focused on the upper cervical spine onlybut I wasnt ready to give more time to chiropractors at that point. I always asked my doctors for help as well. They all told me I had tension headaches from working at a computer and should adjust my posture at my desk, try yoga/stretching/etc., and keep taking over the counter pain killers as needed. I lived this way until a minor fall 6 years ago that caused a disc herniation and pain/tingling down my arm. The orthopedic surgeon I saw said we could try a steroid injection and hopefully my body would heal on its own, but surgery could be in my future. No new solutions offered. Luckily, the injection did resolve the tingling, but slowly I developed the worst headaches of my life that would come and go a few times a month at the base of my skull and the back of my head. I did everything in my power to ensure a perfectly ergonomic setup at my desk and no eye strain---it just didnt work, and the headaches continued. Every morning I woke up hurting and just got used to the fact that my life would be this way. Or maybe I still had a tiny bit of hope.I searched for that type of chiropractic that focused on the neck that I had heard about years ago. I was convinced my neck was the main problem. That is when I found Dr. Brisley. The Atlas Orthogonal method did not involve any hand manipulation of the neck or violent movements, used math/geometry to calculate the changes needed, and had medical journal articles proving it had worked wonders for certain patients---it seemed so much more precise and scientific than usual chiropractic---so I went but had little hope! I knew my x-rays would show a bad neck but even I was shocked at how badly misaligned I had become---especially my C1 vertebrae. With one tap, my C1 was gently pushed back where it belonged. Nobody would believe that I instantly felt at least 50% better. Even the headache I had that day disappeared and I felt I could stand up straight with no effort! And it just keeps getting better over the last few weeks since Dr. Brisley made ONE adjustment. Individual muscles all over my neck, back, and hips take turns feeling a bit sore with a kind of post-workout pain so I can tell they are figuring out how to re-align and share the load, and NO headaches. It really is a miracle for me---Im so grateful, and often want to cry when I get out of bed in the morning and feel fantastic. I didnt even realize how much pain I had gotten used to as my normal state. I know this is a long journey to (hopefully) 100% function but if I end up needing some physical therapy I think that now it will work. Dr. Brisley wont adjust you unless you need it, which makes so much sense, and she is a believer in PT and other sciences that work in tandem with the atlas orthogonal method. She is really a caring, intelligent, and thoughtful person as well. I cant thank her enough. I do not know if the method would work miracles for everyone but if it does work for you the changes can be profound.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have come across this woman. She truly is amazing. I suffered from a TBI back in 2020 along with that I was having many other body trauma issues such as, "unexplainable" pain in my low back that was causing me to have one side of my hip 1 inch higher than the other, constant body and mind fatigue, my nervous system was shot, it was almost as if my brain couldn't function properly because my atlas was so far off (8mm) that it was blocking blood flow. I spent thousands of dollars trying things that doctors recommended such as PRP, steroid shots, arrosti, regular chiropractors, dry needling, cupping, tens machine, physical therapy, and they even threw an abundance of pills at me that I had no interest in taking. I had taken a break for about 8 months on trying to fix myself because I got discouraged. I ran into someone that recommended her and something in my gut told me to go see her. I made an appointment immediately and the next week I was seen. We took x-rays and she gave me the run down on all of the things I needed to know and tuned her device to adjust my misalignment specifically. This device you can barely feel but let me tell you what IT WORKS! I had 3 adjustments before I was down to 1mm from the 8mm I started at. I was a little in disbelief when I saw the updated Xray. A few days passed by and I started to come back around, my energy, pain, and clarity has returned to normal. This woman is magical and I will FOREVER be grateful that she gave me my life back. Thank you so very much for taking the pain away you truly did save my life.

This gentle practice worked miracles on my body in the first five minutes, and one month later my body is continuing the process of healing after decades of enduring frequent and often severe pain.  I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Brisley.  I tried EVERYTHING before I went to her, and nothing else worked.I have had a "bad" neck with tension and low-level pain for as long as I can remember, which I'm guessing was contributed to by two car accidents when I was 5/6 years old that I barely remember.  As an adult in my search for relief from ages 20-40, I did pilates, tried dozens of different pillows, stretched, spent a lot on massage, and went to four different chiropractors to try to resolve neck pain/stiffness and hip pain and rotation on one side.  They could always adjust my hip and temporarily ease the pain, but they were often unable to adjust my neck---it would tense up to an extreme degree the moment it was touched no matter how hard I tried to relax.  One chiropractor took x-rays of my neck and told me I had pre-arthritis at the ripe old age of 30.  I pretty much gave up on chiropractic because it didn't offer any permanent results.  My last chiropractor suggested that my hip and neck could be connected and there was a special form of chiropractic that focused on the upper cervical spine only--but I wasn't ready to give more time to chiropractors at that point.  I always asked my doctors for help as well.  They all told me I had tension headaches from working at a computer and should adjust my posture at my desk, try yoga/stretching/etc., and keep taking over the counter pain killers as needed.  I just hated taking naproxen almost every day.  The yoga felt great but didn't give relief to the low-level constant pain. I did everything in my power to ensure a perfectly ergonomic setup at my desk and no eye strain---it just didn't work, and the headaches continued.  Every morning I woke up hurting and just got used to the fact that my life would be this way.  Or maybe I still had a tiny bit of hope....I searched for that type of chiropractic that focused on the neck that I had heard about years ago.  I was convinced my neck was the main problem. That is when I found Dr. Brisley.  The Atlas Orthogonal method did not involve any hand manipulation of the neck or violent movements, used math/geometry to calculate the changes needed, and had medical journal articles proving it had worked wonders for certain patients---it seemed so much more precise and scientific than usual chiropractic---so I went but had little hope!I knew my x-rays would show a bad neck but even I was shocked at how badly misaligned I had become---especially my C1 vertebrae. It really is a miracle for me---I'm so grateful, and often want to cry when I get out of bed in the morning and feel fantastic.  I didn't even realize how much pain I had gotten used to as my "normal" state.  I know this is a long journey to (hopefully) 100% function but if I end up needing some physical therapy I think that now it will work.  Dr. Brisley won't adjust you unless you need it, which makes so much sense, and she is a believer in PT and other sciences that work in tandem with the atlas orthogonal method.  She is really a caring, intelligent, and thoughtful person as well.  I can't thank her enough.  I do not know if the method would work miracles for everyone but if it does work for you the changes can be profound.

Dr. Brisley is nothing short of amazing!! With 1 treatment, all of my symptoms were greatly relieved, with subsequent treatments making noticeable progress towards my return to a healthy / whole person.I chose to drive 3.5 hours from Dallas to see Dr. Brisley based on her diplomas, experience and extensive / excellent Yelp reviews.  I know I made the right choice based on my immediate relief of symptoms, which no other health professional has achieved even incrementally. In addition to being an excellent educator about the patient's condition and treatment plan, she begins each session with a baseline of progress to date and emotional support for staying the course to get to the desired end state / goal.Age 5, I was in the front seat of the car with no seat belt (different laws for different times) and hit my head on the dashboard when the driver hit a pothole.  This resulted in acquired epilepsy, with 2 years of non-convulsive / absence seizures and 1 grand mal / generalized tonic-clonic seizure at the age of 7.  The last seizure caused complete memory eradication / loss prior to that occurrence.  I never regained my memory before that event. The seizures and epilepsy never returned.Age 56, I was  hit in the forehead with a high velocity tennis ball, at close range. I experienced a debilitating concussion followed by protracted Post Concussion Syndrome.  My symptoms included headaches, migraines, extreme fatigue, dizziness, vertigo, nausea, light & noise sensitivity, spacial disorientation, double vision, blurred vision, lack of appetite, weight loss, brain fog, short term memory loss, cognitive issues, irritability, depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I could not stay awake for more than 3 hours at a time, look at a computer screen without extreme pain in my head and eyes and I could not drive.  I was rendered unable to work and disabled by that tennis accident.I went to 7 medical professionals including 4 MDs (2 of which were Neurologist), subjected to numerous tests that made my symptoms worse. I was prescribed medications with side effects worse than the symptoms.  I had 10 sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment for anti-inflammation and restoration of damaged / dormant nerves.  I took supplements for anti-inflammation and brain/nerve health.  None of this was restoring my health.A friend in CA whose high school sons had suffered from multiple sports related concussions spent over a year getting them back to health.  1 year into the journey, he discovered Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic while watching the 2016 ESPN 30 for 30 film, "The '85 Bears" featuring NFL star Jim McMahnon, whose headaches were traced to misalignment of his C1 (Atlas) vertebrae and greatly relieved by this methodology.Using front, back and overhead X-rays, Dr. Brisley determined that my C1 was off by 10 millimeters and counter rotated with my C2.  My cervical spine was worse than her average payment, but the Acute period of adjustments lasted only 2X per week for 3 weeks. The adjustment does not involve cracking or manipulation. Using a table and device designed with Georgia Tech and calculations specific to the patient, the patients feels nothing.  It is like a tiny vibration to the Atlas. The 1st adjustment is the most impactful and gave me a euphoric feeling, a sense of calm.  Visually everything seemed crisper and brighter. My headache was gone.  Vitality was returning.  A surprising and typical side effect was that my blood pressure was 120/80 for the 1st time in 4+ years and has remained in that range ever since. 2 months prior to seeing Dr. Brisley, I was diagnosed with Hypertension 2.  I came for 1 problem and she solved 2!I am forever grateful for healing that Dr. Brisley has provided! Give yourself the gift of health and let her heal you.
