        Literally sold me a brand new 2024 car WITHOUT SUBMITTING THE PAPERWORK for the WARRANTIES. Oh they'll sell you warranties faster than you can say yes, but don't expect them to actually file the paperwork or cover anything. In the process of having my very first service and to repair a mfr defect, consulting warranties etc, and when I called the number THEIR SERVICE DEPT GAVE ME regarding my vehicle's warranties (reminder, I bought the car here) - the person at MMP (the company Capitol buys this coverage from) said they FORGOT to submit the warranty. My recourse is now to call Capitol Chevy's accounting dept. So I called their #, guess what, they don't have an accounting dept extension, so it goes to sales then you get dropped after asking for the acct'ing dept. Still unresolved, and no path forward thanks to their complete lack of customer support/service.
