Do not give this company your business! I walked in to ask a few questions about the new law and my options. He sat there with his head phones on listening to his phone for about 5 min before even saying hi as stood right in front of him. He only removed one earpiece to half ass listen to my question. He asked me to repeat it at least twice while he kept messaging on his phone. It was as though I was totally ruining his day by being a customer. When I asked my second question he again was messing with his phone and again asked me what I said. When I said never mind as it appears I'm not as important as whatever you have going on there, he just said ok, put his other ear piece in and sat down. What a jerk.

Beware, a guy with a co mingled emblem on his shirt DIRECTV/DISH told me if I did the DIRECTV package he would make sure that my DISH would be cancelled and to expect the boxes to pack the old equipment in. I verified 3 times and was he reassured me. BS, it cost me paying extra 2 months of both services as the Direct/TV and Dish claim no affiliation to this non performing company.

Chingooon witch i mean that they help alot like big time on anything or any type of problem with phones or with any of the other services that they offer!😊👍👌 especially that new girl that its been working there for like a year i gesss ..! its been long that i have seeen her there.! and all the great service her personlity its great! And her sirvice just greater then perfect👱👌i gess her name its esmeralda shes the best.!

A co-worker and I stopped by on Wednesday afternoon to leave some business cards and properly introduce ourselves. As I opened the door all i got was some girl pop her head from behind the counter. Considering it was absolutely empty I imagined getting a better welcome. I proceeded to the counter I asked for a manager and Araceli just kept setting down in her chair and telling me there was no manager. I gave her my business card and quickly my co-worker noticed there was some bluetooth pieces on sale. He asked her which one she recommended and she flat out said " Don't ask me I don't know, I just sell them. and don't ask me how to set it up because I don't know." I was in shock with her answer considering she had told us it had been slow and she hadn't sold anything. He asked her how much the bluetooth was and she said " I don't know, I would have to call my manager and see how much they cost" my co worker told her to call the manager and find out. No answer from the manger that she supposedly called. ( We didn't believe she called anyone) we were their no more than 10 minutes and the whole time she never got up. she even used her chair to get the bluetooth. She was not professional at all and didn't leave me a good impression.
