This morning Cassie cut my hair. I have had 3 complements, 2 by strangers at Target. She was meticulous and did exactly as I asked. At one point, she wasn't sure about how to cut it around my ears, asked her instructor, and did an outstanding job! I'm going back as soon as I need a trim. I recommend Cassie and Regency highly. Their top priority is giving you the look you want.

Great experience overall. Students are pleasant, teachers are knowledgeable. If the student it struggling with your cut, the instructor comes in and helps him/her (or does it for her in some cases). I've been 3 times now and will definitely go back. High quality cut for very little money. I couldn't give it five starts because the cut takes FOREVER. The student is learning and I appreciate them taking their time, but do not schedule any other appointments for at least two hours after yours begins. Despite this, I recommend them to everyone.

I went to the Austin location on June 16, 2012 and got a haircut and pedicure. Natalie H. did a wonderful job! She was very detailed and made sure my hair and toes were perfect. Her supervisor Gregory was also very nice and helpful. Thanks again! Nicole Austin , Tx
