Wanted to update my bathroom without having to totally demolish the room. I used this company before in another home. Tiffany has to be their best agent. She was timely, knowledgeable, and gracious every step of the way accommodating me and 2 other potential customers. She listened to my vision and offered valuable info. The day of the job, Niko calls ahead to let me know he is on the way. From the first moment he was the most personable and genuine guy. Took every precaution in my space and delivered me an end product beyond expectation. Even after he started and I opted to add to the project, he just took it in stride and wowed me. Tiffany & Niko, your go to people for this company and an awesome product. This was also a young lady I believe called Sandra (sorry) who I spoke with after to take my payment . She was equally pleasant.

We havent ever had more pleasant experience than with Austins Miracle Method. Our kitchen counter was damaged when another company installed our sink. Miracle Method came in and fixed the damage and resurfaced all our counter tops making our kitchen look remodeled. Nico was the most respectful, conscientious, young man weve ever met with great attention to detail and customer relations. Thank you! I cant wait to get my kitchen going again when it is all dry.
