Chili's Grill & Bar

Dirty restaurant with employees who obviously do not want to be there. Food was bland. Hostess was rude and disinterested in working. Arguing with another staffer that didn't want us at his station because he was overwhelmed with 3 tables. Flies on window sill. Floor was sticky and bathroom was filthy. Search for a better option.

Went in for a late lunch and only had a 20-minute wait. We ordered off the special menu (9.99 to 13.99), which was supposed to include drinks, appetizers, and desserts. While we had a great waitress, she was apparently new and she placed our orders a la carte, so our bill was higher than it should have been. Since I didnt discover this until after I had paid, Chili's reimbursed me $25 in gift cards. Nice.

I'm giving this a one star only because the food was delicious. My sister, and I to Chili's for dinner on 03/25/2022. We walked in to the chili's off I-35 right before Howard lane. We were never greeted by anyone, so we both thought maybe we should leave and go somewhere else, but we both wanted a steak that night, so we decided to take a seat in the bar area. I was surprise the bartender didn't even acknowledged the fact that we were sitting right in front of her. Good bartenders are usually pretty friendly, or at least acknowledged that you're there. I waited several minutes, before I said "hello". She's finally looked at us, and said what can I get for you today. Not a Hi, Hello, or how are you doing today? There was something in the air at that Chili's. There were employees yelling, and pushing each other around, and saying "Don't tell me what to do" I looked at my sister, and said omg...I can't believe they're talking out loud, and acting that way in front of the customers. I said to my sister they should definitely take that to the back. We didn't go there to see all of their drama. Anyway we ordered the Buffalo wings for a appetizer those were delicious. My sister, and I both ordered Ribeye Steaks medium well with Shrimp on top Loaded Mash Potatoes, and corn on the cob. we had a few bites of our Steaks, and Potatoes, and we were stuffed. Yes, we took our leftovers home, and I had Steak and eggs for breakfast the next morning. Our Steaks were grilled to perfection. It's too bad the service wasn't. I'll never go back to that particular Chili's ever again. I love to eat at places where its relaxing, and a good ambience, and yes we still tipped the Bartender well for the horrible service.

Food was alright not filling. Customer service was fine.Overall okay experience. Wouldn't suggest if you're a family on a tight budget.

4/14/22 visited location. Service was apathetic and long prior to being able to order. We were seated in the bar area, 3 wait staff only. The waiter was unfriendly and barked at us are you ready to order, and is that all you want. We then waited 20 minutes for our appitizer. The waiter never asked for refills or if we needed anything until 30 minutes later. We are still waiting on our food after 45 min. Another waiter asked if we needed refills when we did get the main course at 52 min. Please have the owner not the manager staff respond. Thank you for your time!
