Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was good, it's a Chili's so about what was expected. I'm rating it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 because the service needs some work. I arrived at 12:10, order by 12:15, but didn't get my order until 12:45? Couldn't eat in the restaurant like I planned and ended up having to take it to go so I didn't miss a meeting.

Horrible! Go anywhere else! No alcohol in the cocktails Burnt burgers Bad sandwich Overpriced! Not a single member of our party ate more than half their meal because it was so terrible! McDonald's is even better than this chili's.

This Chilis is pretty sad! The portions have drastically decreased. I paid $20 for this meal! When I asked the young lady if this was a lunch portion instead of a dinner portion she confirmed this was the dinner portion. Wow! I will not be returning.

The pandemic has left them, like everyone else, wanting for staff. It took a while to get the drinks we ordered (sweet tea) only to have to send them back because it was not sweet. It wasn't even kind of sweet. They brought us more. Still not sweet. Opted for sodas. I asked for the 3 for $10.99 (I think that's what it was) and ended up paying a la carte. Our poor waitress was either new or pulled from from somewhere that she didn't have to deal with people because it took her forever to take our order and had been on the clock since 11 AM (we left at 10 PM). Other wait staff assisted with our order and bringing out the food. My overall experience with any Chili's is to not be hungry when I visit and expect to wait.
