We were unfortunate enough to have this shop work on our car; and I admit it's entirely our fault that we trusted them with providing us a good service with our vehicle. Our car has been sitting in this shop for almost two months now - and the owner has given us all of the excuses imaginable as to why our vehicle hasn't been fixed yet. At first, the insurance was to blame which I agreed with; it took a while, but a lot of it was also on M&J's because they weren't doing what they were supposed to per the insurance's requests. They kept messing up like they've never worked with insurance before. Finally, the parts necessary for repair have been delivered to them, and yet we are STILL getting excuses as to why the car is still sitting in the shop a whole 2 weeks after getting the parts already delivered to them. I mean come on! I'd understand better if it was a shop with only one mechanic working. And I get it, they're slammed, but what business isn't right now? WHY was our car not on damn near top of the queue when it's been sitting on the lot for 2 MONTHS?? A hundred cars could come in to their shop today, but that doesn't mean they should take longer on our vehicle because of it. Our car was there first, why should other cars get repaired first? What? WE CAN'T WAIT FOREVER, WE NEED OUR CAR! They keep telling us "Oh we want to get your car out of here too" yeah buddy, it sure doesn't look it. And also, these a**holes keep giving us timeframes that are always incorrect. They keep telling us it should be ready by this and that day, but it never is. I mean, WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?? WHY do you run a business even?? At this point if it wasn't for the fact that we have waited this long with this shop, I would have just called a tow truck and get this to a much much much much reliable mechanic I know of.Don't waste your time, and look for a different place to trust your car with. These people don't care, they will take your money though.

Please avoid this place, they will waste your time. I’ve been basically forced to go through this shop to have repairs done to my diesel. The dealer uses this auto shop and therefore directed me to them in order to have repairs done. I had a blown head gasket that was “repaired†at this shop. The job took them over a month to complete. Poor communication, poor service from their “diesel technician†Took it back two weeks later because of a massive oil leak as a result of their previous repair job. Now I’m without my truck again and as expected: poor communication (it’s like pulling teeth with these guys if you want to get a simple update especially when the truck is already past due) poor service, poor workmanship (washer fluid cap gone? Stem valve caps are missing? Like, why were those things even touched for a head gasket job?) Please avoid the massive headache and go somewhere else. Shady dealership, shady auto shop. Services: Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance

We took in our car do fix the seat belt in the back seat it seem to not have one so we needed it fixed or a new one installed. We also took the car for a 2nd time for the a.c. to be fixed it wasn't fixed right the first time. The a.c. seems to be better and thought the seat belt had ben fixed. My child sat in the back seat and after driving down the street the seat belt came apart. If I had ben in an accident my child would've ben sent flying or even die.The rear seat was stained with some kind of oily substance that stained it which I let slide and didn't say anything they even had the audacity to tell me they would give a good price to fix the oily stain when it was done there. We trusted them to fix the seatbelt and when we called the owner he said they had ben told to get the seat belt out of the back and that was it that they weren't responsible for that.So if my child would of ben harmed or died because they didn't fix the seat belt they are not responsible.Don't think so ,irresponsible and don't care not quality people nor a business you can trust so if you get take your car to be fixed they are not responsible. Double check your car just to make sure it fixed correctly because if someone dies they are not responsible!!!! Review should be negative stars or zero but it won't let me report.
