We had a fantastic experience with Kim. We live in California, but needed a real estate attorney in Texas. Kim was immediately responsive and provided a lot of information that we were unaware of. She was a true advocate for us as we worked through some real estate needs for property in our family trust. We will definitely be using Kim and her team for future transactions. I can't thank her enough, her services and knowledge took a huge burden off of our shoulders, and her fees are also very reasonable too!

As a Realtor, I've closed a lot of transactions with a lot of title companies.  Some were good, some less so, but my experiences with Kim Lowe's office has been stellar every time.  Their response times to every inquiry have been very fast (sometimes even late on a Friday night, when I expected no answers to my questions until Monday morning!), their work is solid and punctual, Kim and Rhonda never fail to make my clients comfortable and at home (not something my clients usually report feeling after closing in a more corporate environment).  I have been so happy with Kim's work that I chose her to close my own home purchase and later, my refinance.  When I close with this office, I always feel like I'm dealing with a truly local business... because I am.  Keep up the good work, ladies!
