Quality Foundation is exactly what their name says. I had QF check out an investment property that they inspected and said did not need a repair. I appreciated their honesty and hired them again to inspect a pier and beam property that I knew needed foundation work. Zach Y came and assessed the home. He gave me several different options to repair the foundation. Ultimately I chose the bid that addressed the non negotiable and the minor issues, as it was important to my company to have the home in the best shape for the new owners. Zach and Riley (my point of contact for the repair day) were available anytime I had a question, and I had quite a few as it was my first time working with their company. It took about 4 days to complete the work. They addressed rotted beams and installed beams and piers where the home needed more support. They leveled the house within the proper variance. They also assisted with the permitting process and the foundation passed with no issues. I found QF to be incredibly professional and communicative. Milton who is the point of contact for scheduling was also a pleasure to work with and was on top of the warranty. I will definitely be using Quality Foundation for all our future projects.

Big shout out for Quality Foundation repair. Extra big shout out for Zach, their salesman. Zach was considerate and very patient with all my questions. I pestered him for days with more questions after the initial consult and he was quick to answer and put my concerns to rest. I also sent Zach bids from other foundation companies. He didn't bad mouth the other companies nor did he oversale me. Wow! So appreciated! The staff was efficient and did a great job cleaning up and leaving my home in tidy and clean. I was walked through every step and while this is an expensive repair it was seamless. Happy customer.
