        Dishwasher installation - Rick installed August 6. After first cycle that day, water isn't draining and there is an Error Message. Called Rick that evening, left voicemail. After many phone calls, e-mails, texts, Rick never responded. Now Aug. 18, another company made the repair. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

        We had a drain line clogged up on our air conditioning system, and in the middle of a holiday weekend, Austonian Appliance came out to one of our properties in South Austin and fix the issue right away. I will definitely continue to use this company they are knowledgeable respectful of our properties as well as our tenant who stay there.

        These guys repaired my gas cooktop on the same day I made the service call. Technician was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was very reasonable, the service fee applies to the repair, and I even got some great maintenance advice on the cooktop! I highly recommend these folks.
