I applied at one of their properties. I kept receiving emails stating my application was incomplete so I reached out to the property and kept being told someone would reach out to me. I finally was able to speak to a leasing consultant, he stated I was denied due to my credit. I asked how I was denied if my application was incomplete he simply stated Im not sure, the report doesnt tell us. He said I had to call Equifax to receive my report. Which I did. Nothing on my credit report showed any harsh negative marks. I emailed the property as I wasnt receiving the help I needed. After the email I finally heard back from the Community Manager. She stated she couldnt tell me why exactly I got denied due to my credit l, but that she would send me an email for my denial. She also stated my account was odd as the files are color coded; yellow stating the application was incomplete, red the denial and green for an acceptance. My file was yellow so she was confused but still stated I was denied. Ive never dealt with a company so unorganized, un- empathetic , unknowledgeable, and no regard to those in need during these difficult times. Dont get me wrong the property was nice and the view is amazing but this company is only about money and not the people. They are supposed to be a tax credit, income based property but will deny you off a report they cant read, understand or from what they say see it. I work in property management and this is NOT ok and after reading other reviews, maybe this was a blessing instead of a disappointment. If I could give zero stars thats how I would rate them.

Lived here for about 2.5 years. I went month to month (charged me $200 extra a month) during covid and wasn't sure what I was going to do during everything. Understandably they asked me to move out when the owner wanted to sell the property bc the market. They did extend the date but had about 45-50 days to find a new place.. not easy but was done. The company did not ever fix my fence I requested to fix. They charged me NUMEROUS different charges when I moved out, failed to show me invoices for all of those and then marked up the costs to get me to pay extra. They had 4 different cleaning fees that no invoices were provided for. Just one cleaning fee for about 2.5 times less than they asked me ($270 vs $725). How can you ask someone for $725 when you got charged $270? Was a nightmare trying to resolve. Still working on it a month after the fact and I have always received at least 1/3 if not 1/2 of my deposit back... they hit me with $2100 of fees I owed. I have never felt so disregarded and taken advantage of from a company before. Never missed rent during Covid and kept the house in perfect condition during the Snowpocalypse, which saved them time and money, and then to be hit with this shadiness. I will never use this company again if I have the choice and I feel I'm being treated unethically and unfair. I'm sure I probably just had a bad experience but this has been the worst of them over the years. Have moved over 8 times. I DO NOT SUGGEST.
