        Management at this complex is an absolute train wreck. They will charge additional fees randomly and hang up on you when you call them to sort it out. They will not own up to their mistakes when they give you conflicting information, talk to you like you are an idiot when you try to get clarity and they will take forever to reply to emails if they even reply at all. They do not care about their residents AT ALL Steer clear!

        Water problems going on 10 months since move in. No hot water, no emergency maintenance, nothing changes. Mostly no communication from office, except when they over promise water repairs being fixed for good.
